Amin joined Fay’s team in early 2006. Amin has lived in the Kirkland area all of his life, growing up in a very influential family of real estate; his mother being in the "Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide" and his father being a prestigious architect on the eastside. Amin graduated from the University of San Diego in 2003 with honors and a degree in Political Science. His other passion includes playing basketball and watching the University of Washington’s basketball team. Amin is a proud Tyee donor to the men’s Huskies Basketball team for the last 5years.
Amin is essential to Fay’s team with his superior communication skills and his charming personality. He has been a quick learner and helped Fay’s Team sell more than 60 million dollars in real estate in 2006.

Raina Edwards - Transaction Coordinator / Office Manager
A third generation Seattle-ite, Raina's career path has encompassed the restaurant industry, office management, marketing and advertising, the investment world and now real estate. With previous experience in foreclosure real estate, specifically distressed home consultation and pre-foreclosure negotiations, Raina is accustomed to the fast paced atmosphere of a thriving real estate office. As an integral part of the Besharat team, she meticulously tracks every property from listing date and/or purchase date to close of escrow, also while providing continual client updates and file management to ensure a smooth and efficient system for a successful close.
Raina is an alumnus of the University of Washington and resident of Kirkland, WA. A college athlete and seven year NFL cheerleader veteran, she loves to remain physically active. Outside of her profession, some of her favorite activities are, spending time with her five year old daughter, golfing, boating, snow skiing and traveling.

Michelle Nedrow - Marketing Director
A Pacific Northwest native and Kirkland resident, Michelle’s interest in real estate started at an early age. Her father was a local general contractor as well as a real estate investor, teaching her about homes from the ground up. In addition to real estate, Michelle enjoys a wide variety of activities and can be found doing anything from hot yoga, watching sports, walking her loyal dog, Dexter, to coaching youth basketball- her latest adventure. Michelle’s great skill and knowledge from years of working in the rapid moving real estate industry, coupled with her creativity and dedication are essential for superior marketing of fine homes. Her experience is a valuable asset to Fay’s team.

Brooke Newsham - Licensed Assistant
As a lifetime local Eastside resident, Brooke has extensive knowledge of the region and the lifestyle's that the beautiful Pacific Northwest has to offer. With years of customer service experience, Brooke prides herself in always putting the needs of her client's first. From her experience of new home sales she is passionate about seeing new construction come together from start to finish, while being a vital tool to the builder. Her experience and education, as well as attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills make her an asset to the Besharat team. In her spare time, Brooke loves riding her horses, jogging, boating, and vacationing at her family home in Lake Chelan.
